CompostingMatter.com is a specialty store of BareGreen, Inc. that focuses on compost solutions, rain water barrels, and environmentally friendly lawn mowers. We are a small family-owned and operated business that has been doing our green part since 2007. We found ourselves, and people around us, waste resources and generate massive amounts of garbage daily with poorly-made products that break and end up in landfills. It’s our love for nature and our passion for the outdoors that made us want to make a difference, so we started BareGreen, Inc.

The Founder & President

My name is Stefan Knudsen, my wife’s name is Suzanne and I am the founder and president of BareGreen, Inc. Suzanne is an environmental biologist and I obtained training and knowledge to become a Master Composter through the McPlant Master Composter Volunteer Program based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a program thatworks on a volunteer type basis; of which provides training and mastery knowledge of composting and its fundamentals in return for community type services.

In our spare time, from providing eco-conscious consumers with eco-conscious products, we like to do our green part for the community by conducting compost demonstrations and by teaching the importance of composting, as well as the incredible eco-friendly benefits it offers.

Our Company Mission

BareGreen believes in conserving and recycling so we provide our customers, and the environment, with products that:

• Can be reused, avoiding landfills
• Provide composting solutions for the typical home
• Conserve energy, water, and electricity
