Q. How do I get the county discount?
A. It's easy! In Step 4 of the Check Out process (before you enter payment information), enter the discount code mecklenburg where indicated.  The 10% discount will be automatically deducted from all the items in your shopping cart (excluding shipping). Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes and your shipping address zip code must be in Mecklenburg County.

Q. Can you help assemble my composter?
A. Yes! We can come to you and assemble your compost bin or tumbler for you. Fees for this service vary on location, so please give us a call to obtain a price.

Q. Will the discount apply to all products on www.compostingmatter.com or just composting products? 
A. The 10% discount applies to all products available at www.compostingmatter.com (excluding shipping).

Q. Does the discount apply to products on your www.baregreen.com website?
A. No, unfortunately we are unable to provide a discount on www.baregreen.com at this time.
