We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Please note that your credit card statement will reflect payment to BareGreen, Inc. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Most of our composters and rain barrels are being dropshipped. During peak season there could be a shipping delay, sometimes up to 2 weeks. You will not be charged until your order is shipped and at that time a tracking number will be provided to you.

Free shipping and fixed shipping cost is only offered for the 48 contiguous States of continental US - contact us for prices to Hawaii, Alaska.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Taxes

 We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, we do not charge sales tax.

Returns

Please check your order for correctness upon arrival for correct items ordered, quantity ordered and damage. Please report any discrepancies as soon as possible.

Items can be returned only with a Return Material Authorization. Please e-mail us at info@baregreen.com to receive an RMA # and return address. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date and with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package. The package should contain a copy of the original packing slip with the RMA# noted. 

Credit will be issued using the customer’s original method of payment, less applicable shipping charges, within 5 business days of return receipt.

NOTE:

Returns will not be accepted after 30 Days. After 30 days, any defects or problems should be directed to the manufacturer. If you need help finding out how to contact a manufacturer, please let us know.

All items must be returned in Manufacturers original box with all instructions, hardware accessories, etc. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and costs unless the part is defective or the incorrect item was packed and shipped by BareGreen, Inc. Orders returned within 30 days will be credited the invoice amount LESS the original shipping costs and associated fees. For orders with free shipping the invoice amount LESS original shipping costs and fees will be credited.
